现为中国医学科学院药用植物研究所分析中心副主任兼任海南分所副所长。任中国医学科学院药用植物研究所学术和学位委员会委员。获得国务院政府特殊津贴。荣获2009、2010、2012年药植所突出贡献奖,2014年度被评为药植所先进个人。主持或参与国家科技部重大新药创制专项、中医药行业科研专项、国家科技支撑计划、国家自然科学基金、北京市自然科学基金等课题20多项。曾赴美国、英国、芬兰、意大利等国做学术交流和访问。
主编协和研究生教材《中药质量控制与分析》和《中药中真菌及真菌毒素污染研究与对策》专著,参编著作4部,在国内外杂志发表论文340多篇,其中SCI文章140多篇。作为提案人,制定并发布ISO国际标准2项;研制团体标准4项,其中已发布2项。至目前为止,培养博士后、博士、硕士(包括联合培养生)共计90多人,其中多人获得国家奖学金以及校优秀论文。
