韩美华研究员

 韩美华,博士,研究员,博士生导师。博士毕业于北京大学药学院,中国医学科学院药用植物研究所博士后出站后,一直在制剂中心工作。近15年进行中药有效成分及有效部位以及化药的临床前研究。进行中药成分的提取、分离以及结构鉴定和制剂学载药研究。同时利用纳米技术改善难溶性药物溶解性和生物利用度以及进行体内外药效学评价,成功构建了20多种难溶性药物纳米粒和10多种肿瘤主动靶向纳米粒并系统的进行了评价。主要的研究方向包括:纳米技术改善脂溶性药物的溶解度及提高口服生物利用度;肿瘤主动和被动靶向的纳米给药系统;肿瘤的局部给药和光热治疗;新药及保健食品研发。主持国家自然科学基金和北京市自然科学基金项目多项;参与国家项目及重大项目10多项;主持横向课题多项,发表论文40余篇,其中SCI收录22余篇;一作授权专利2项。培养硕士研究生20余名。
